Zuny Drone Services ("Zuny", "we", "us") operates the website zuny.space and provides commercial drone photography, video, inspection and mapping services in Nashville, Tennessee. This page explains how we handle your information and the terms under which we provide our services.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and deliver work:
- Contact details you provide voluntarily — name, email address, phone number — when you contact us by email or telephone.
- Project details you share, such as the address of a property to be photographed and your scheduling preferences.
- Basic usage data collected automatically by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to quote requests and schedule flights.
- To deliver photos, video and reports, and to invoice for the work.
- To comply with FAA record-keeping and applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
3. Aerial imagery and privacy
All flights are conducted by a licensed FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot in accordance with federal regulations. We photograph only the property that our client has authorised. Where neighbouring properties or individuals appear incidentally in a frame, we exclude, crop or blur that material on request. We do not conduct surveillance and we do not fly for the purpose of capturing images of people or property without authorisation.
4. Ownership and licensing of imagery
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Zuny retains copyright in all imagery produced. Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered files for marketing the specific property or business the shoot was commissioned for. Resale or redistribution of the files to third parties requires written permission. Zuny may display delivered work in its portfolio unless the client asks in writing that it not be used.
5. Bookings, weather and cancellations
Flights depend on weather, airspace authorisation and daylight. If conditions are unsafe or an FAA authorisation is not granted, the flight is rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled flight may be subject to a fee. Standard delivery is 24 to 48 hours after the flight.
6. Insurance and liability
Zuny carries commercial drone liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or delayed transactions.
7. Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies and analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings without affecting your ability to view the site.
8. Third parties
We use third-party providers for hosting, email and file delivery. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their service to us.
9. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@zuny.space and we will respond within 30 days.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
